Last week, as some of you know it was the 20th anvasery of the internet and this is clearly a significant event in the internet calendar
so it is a time to look back to see how far we come
In 1993 the first internet site was created ( http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/TheProject.html)
as cool as this was there is more:
In September of 2003 667 million people are using the internet, or about 10% of the worlds population
In 2004 Facebook was created and has gone on to see millions of subscribers
In 2005 YouTube was made and came on to be a huge franchise
